Ciarán is one of the founding members of Locked Creative and has been an integral part of the company since its inception.
With a career spanning over two decades as a Creative Director, Choreographer, Movement Director, and Dancer, Ciarán is a graduate of Dublin’s renowned Billie Barry Stage School and the co-founder of Locked Creative, a company celebrated for its innovative work across television, live performance, and brand campaigns.

Ciarán’s creative vision has shaped numerous high-profile productions for major broadcasters, including Ireland’s Got Talent (Virgin Media), The Voice (RTÉ), The Big Deal (Fox), Name That Tune (Fox), and Eurovision Ireland (RTÉ). His commercial portfolio includes collaborations with leading global brands such as Sky, Disney, Google, Sure, JD Sports, and Nestlé.

His choreographic highlights include global tours for The Spice Girls (Spiceworld UK Tour) and One Direction (World Tour). He served as Rehearsal Choreographer for the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool, earning widespread acclaim for his creative direction and choreography of Ireland’s 2018 Eurovision entry “Together.” Ciarán also worked as Dance Captain and Movement Coordinator for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Closing Ceremonies.

He continues his long-standing creative partnership with Cork Opera House, where he choreographs the annual pantomime, The Summer Revels 2024, and the venue’s 170th Anniversary Gala in 2025.

Beyond the stage, Ciarán works alongside Dame Darcey Bussell on her DDMIX fitness initiative and serves as a brand ambassador for Nike, continuing to inspire and influence creatively and culturally.

As a performer, Ciarán has shared the stage with international music icons, including Take That, The Spice Girls, Coldplay, Girls Aloud, Robbie Williams, Michael Bublé, and many more. His television credits include The X Factor, Strictly Come Dancing, and Britain’s Got Talent.
